1 Green's Traditional Chocolate Cake
60g soft butter
¾ cup mixed fruit
¼ cup choc chips
1 egg lightly beaten
1. Preheat oven to 190ºC.
2. Empty packet of cake mix into bowl. Rub in butter with fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
3. Stir in fruit and choc chips, add egg.
4. Mix until ingredients are moistened.
5. Drop dessert spoonfuls onto lightly greased oven trays, allow room for spreading.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Loosen, then cool on trays.
