1 pkt Greens Temptations Mud Cake
1 85g pkt Chocolate instant pudding mix
200g sour cream
½ cup oil
½ cup water
4 eggs
½ cup crushed biscuits
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Mix sour cream, eggs, oil and water till well combined.
3. Add cake mix, icing mix and instant pudding mix and beat till smooth.
4. Fold in choc chips and crushed biscuits.
5. Pour into greased and floured Swiss roll tin.
6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
7. Cool for 10 minutes in tin.
8. Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream.
