Greens 97% Fat Free choc chip muffin
85g dark chocolate
56g milk chocolate
1½ tbs sour cream
1 egg
3 tbs oil
100g raisins
¼ cup water
56g unsalted butter
1. Grease and flour large square cake tin or deep slice tin.
2. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
3. Melt chocolate with butter either in a double boiler or microwave. Set aside.
4. Chop raisins and stir into muffin mix.
5. Add sour cream, water, egg and oil.
6. Stir in chocolate mixture.
7. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until skewer inserted in middle comes out clean.
