1 Green’s Buttercake Mix
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 lemon
5½ tbs margarine or soft butter
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Prepare cake mix as directed on pack.
3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
ICING
Add to icing sachet 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon rind and 60g margarine or soft butter. Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth. Spread over the top of cooled cake.
