Mars Bar Muffins

1 packet Green’s Multi-Purpose Muffin Mix
1 cup water
¾ cup vanilla custard
1 egg
2 Mars Bars

1. Grease and flour one twelve-hole muffin tin or two six-hole muffin tins.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
3. Cut Mars Bars in half, lengthwise, then dice.
4. Mix water, egg and custard together.
5. Place muffin mix and Mars Bar bits into a bowl and add water/custard mix. Mix until just combined.
6. Divide evenly between muffin tins.
7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top and skewer comes away clean.
