(This recipe makes 2 pies)
1 Greens Traditional Chocolate Cake (made up to directions on pack)
250g cream cheese
125g butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 cups choc chips
½ cup coconut
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Grease two 20cm round pie plates.
3. Make cake as directed on pack.
4. Place cream cheese and butter into a saucepan over low heat, stirring until well combined.
5. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, mixing well.
6. Blend in choc chips and coconut.
7. Pour cake mix evenly between the two pie plates. Spoon cream cheese mix over the top. You can either try to spread it evenly on top or place spoonfuls on top then swirl them.
8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake comes away from the sides and springs back when touched.
