1 Greens Golden Butter Cake
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Lite Sour Cream
½ cup Mango Puree
2 tablespoons Passion fruit pulp or John West passion fruit in syrup
½ cup dried mango chopped
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Grease a 22 x 11cm loaf tin.
3. Place cake mix into large bowl, stir in chopped dried mango.
4. Stir in the eggs, sour cream, mango and passion fruit. Stir until well combined.
5. Pour into prepared tin.
6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
